Carlos Torres Vieira, founding partner of Appropriate Solution, has more than 40 years of experience in the Portuguese real estate sector.
He started his professional career in 1972, at Soterra, after that he started his own agency in 1982 - CTV, Sociedade de Mediação Imobiliária – where he developed most of his career in real estate.
CTV, Sociedade de Mediação Imobiliária had a vast portfolio of real estate operations, with clients such as Edificadora Luz & Alves, Abrantina, Simarc - Marconi (selling Portugal Telecom's assets), and Makro at the beginning of its expansion in Portugal, among many others.
In 2010, he decided to renew the agency's image and created Appropriate Solution.
